Aquier's output is informational and based on the data provided or collected. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a financing offer or commitment. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials. Data you upload must be lawful and yours to share.
Prices are shown per region and may vary by country. Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT-compliant invoices are issued where applicable.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may request a refund within 14 days, unless delivery of a digital report has already begun with your consent. Contact [email protected].
You may not scrape, resell or misrepresent the platform's output, nor use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for breaches of these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Aquier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of its intelligence output.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
