2. What data we collect

We process the following personal data:

• ·VAT identification number
• ·Billing address (street, postal code, city, country)
• ·Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by Aquier)
• ·IP address and platform usage behaviour

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• ·Performance of the agreement (delivery of reports and services)
• ·Issuing VAT-compliant invoices
• ·Customer communication and support
• ·Compliance with legal obligations (statutory retention periods)
• ·Improving the platform

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, your consent (where applicable) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform.

5. Processors & third parties

We share data only with processors that support our service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/storage) and email providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above and in line with statutory retention periods (e.g. seven years for invoicing/tax records).
