Aquier is currently commercially active in the United States and the Netherlands. We only show you markets where live dealflow is actually available. New markets are added as soon as published deals are available there.
Every asset receives a deal score (0–100) and a quality class A–D, based on factors such as expected return (ROI/yield), purchase discount, distress signals, redevelopment potential and market position. Only assets of sufficient quality (class A/B) are published as investment opportunities.
We collect assets from public and specialized sources per country, including standard listing portals, auction houses, and bankruptcy and foreclosure sales. Every score is derived from real data; we never show fictional or mocked deals.
From a free Public plan to Mandate I, Mandate II, Mandate III and Mandate IV, the Acquisition Mandate Authority. Higher mandates unlock better deals (more deal visibility), more alerts, and deeper intelligence such as CRE analysis and distress signals. Mandate V is invite-only.

For US customers, pricing is shown and billed in USD through Stripe. Where applicable, prices are adjusted per country based on purchasing-power parity, and Stripe converts automatically at checkout using the current exchange rate.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, you are not charged again.
